This is easy to explain if you understand psychological warfare at all. We the Norse and Gaul see this:

If you look at this document you will plainly see that the Nazi's wanted to create agression for a pre war buildup, but how do they accomplish this? obviously through lowering wage and attacks on unions, but how do they solidify their absolute power over the working class? Through disarmament.

Here in America the Left disarms, whilst the right attacks unions and secretly both promote illegal immigration and force welfare mothers into the workplace at the same time, making the wage decrease in approximation to the amount of merit that is put upon failure in so much as the ideology that is injected makes Americans beleive that short term gain is a meritorious achievement. Whilst in reality things like welfare reform and short term gain, create long term instability and economic downturn. Though pushing the numbers in the short term is seen as successful. This I can tell you is accurate, the three fields that are most likely to perpetuate their own failures as a form of monetary gain are #1 politicians, #2 Law enforcement, and #3 the culprits behind the Nazi experimentation and executions - Biotechnology. They also use these failure accomplishment drives in order to create the need for a feel sorry for our special interest campaigns and create the need for their donation drives that ultimately will fund politics in order to continually perpetuate more failure to create more donation drives. Take for example Multiple Sclerosis donation drives. If Biotech made any kind of success they could not call for donations next year, however, if they fail to cure M.S. they will ultimately be able to get exponentially more funding the next year.
